The Health Care Authority for Baptist Health, An Affiliate of UAB Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays, to ensure quality and continuity of patient care. The RN will use the nursing process for patient assessment, planning, and interventions, coordinating with physicians and other clinicians.

This role requires a Degree in Nursing; BSN is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure required and BLS certification.
• Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC) may be required depending on area.

• Supervise nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays.
