Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Emergency Department for the evening shift in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time role covers 3pm–3am with every 3rd weekend, requiring compassionate patient care and coordination of treatment plans across care teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Individually educates patient and family based on assessments to meet learning needs.
• Participates in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice through quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.
