Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department (Evening shift). This full-time role offers a 36-hour work week from 3pm to 3am, including every third weekend, with pay ranging $36.00 to $55.80 per hour, and a forthcoming minimum of $37.25 starting October 2026.

You will assess patients, coordinate care plans, communicate with patients and family, and contribute to quality improvement while maintaining current IL nursing licensure and CPR

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to ensure interventions are safe, timely and appropriate.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families, and staff in person and in writing.
• Individualizes patient and family teaching based on assessment.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice.
• Maintains current knowledge of nursing standards, laws and regulations.
