Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is hiring LPNs for Ridgewood Center in New Hampshire. This is a part-time evening shift opportunity with shift differential.

Under RN supervision, the LPN delivers nursing care, assesses residents, administers medications, and supports the care team. Qualifications include graduation from an approved LPN program and current licensure or pending licensure, with optional but recommended CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing (LPN).
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care under RN direction.
• Evaluate residents to assess condition and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
