Genesis HealthCare, Inc. seeks an Evening Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team in New Hampshire. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with base pay plus an hourly shift differential. RNs will deliver high-quality patient care under supervision, ensuring efficient care plans and outcomes.

The position emphasizes teamwork, documentation in PCC, and adherence to HIPAA and safety standards. A BSN/ADN with active RN licensure and BLS/CPR is required.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state where the facility is located.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
BLS/CPR certification current.
Experience in long-term/geriatric care preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver efficient, high-quality nursing care and achieve positive outcomes.
Supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs per state acts.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for care plans.
Maintain real-time clinical documentation in PCC/EHR.
