MultiCare Valley Hospital in Spokane Valley is seeking an RN Care Manager to join our hospital-based team on the evening shift. This role utilizes specialized nursing care within a multidisciplinary approach to support patient outcomes and professional growth.

You will define and monitor standards of care, coordinate data analysis for improvements, and ensure optimal resource allocation in collaboration with nursing, physicians and other disciplines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or obtained within five years)
• RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates may be considered
• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS
• Advanced nursing degree preferred
• Case Manager certification desirable
• Three years recent clinical experience in area of specialty preferred

• Define, develop, and monitor standards of patient care and nursing practices
• Collect, trend and analyze data to identify best practices and performance improvements
• Ensure availability and appropriate allocation of human and material resources
• Support collaboration between nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve patient care outcomes
• Coordinate towards the overall operations of assigned units and provision of resources
• Facilitate cost-efficient patient care delivery
