Job summary

Hannaford is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Northwood, NH to oversee a department within Hannaford's retail operations. You will lead store associates, drive merchandising standards, and manage performance to uphold safety and quality across the department.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, aim to meet financial objectives, and ensure accurate records for production, shrink, sales, and inventory while maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to learn multiple tasks.
• Ability to lead and manage associates across departments.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Certified Food Safety Manager accreditation within 90 days.

Responsibilities
