Chick-fil-A Howland, OH is seeking an experienced Evening Restaurant Manager to lead both Front of House and Back of House from afternoon through close, delivering a great guest experience and developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Proven restaurant/hospitality management experience.
• Ability to lead Front of House and Back of House.

Responsibilities

• Lead all evening operations across Front of House, Back of House, drive-thru, and catering.
• Own shift results: speed of service, food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Coach, train, and develop team members and shift leaders; build the next generation of leaders.
• Hold the team to high standards with consistency and care.
• Manage labor, food cost, and inventory during your shifts.
• Solve problems in real time and communicate with the Operator and leadership team.
• Model Chick-fil-A's hospitality and servant-leadership culture.
