Delta-T Group Western Penna., Inc. is seeking Residential Support Staff for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Pittsburgh, PA.

Earn $17 per hour as an independent contractor (1099) while supporting residents in group homes, with flexible shifts and a strong emphasis on safety and compassion. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, meal prep, personal care, and monitoring while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Physical/TB screening
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• PA State Criminal Background
• FBI-Dept. Human Services
• PA State Child Abuse Clearance
• Some assignments may require a Drug Screen

Responsibilities

• Provide compassion and emotional support to residents with Mental Health and/or IDD, ensuring activities promote individual growth
• Assist residents with tasks they are unable to perform such as meal prep, cooking, bathing, dressing and light housekeeping, monitoring and redirecting residents as needed
