Client’s Hourly Compensation Rate & Available Hours

• $17/hr. compensation depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
• 2nd (Evening) Shifts - MOST URGENT NEED. Some 3rd Shifts also available.

• Some assignments ongoing and client temp‑to‑perm negotiable!

Summary of Client’s Description of this Opportunity

• Provide compassion and emotional support to residents with Mental Health and/or IDD, ensuring all activities are designed and implemented with a goal of individual growth.
• Assist residents with tasks they are unable to perform for themselves such as: meal preparation, cooking, bathing, dressing and light housekeeping, monitoring and redirecting residents, as needed.

Client’s Required Experience & Education

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Physical/TB screening
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• PA State Criminal Background
• FBI-Dept. Human Services
• PA State Child Abuse Clearance
• Some assignments may require a Drug Screen
