New Narrative in Portland, OR is hiring a Residential Support Specialist to join a multidisciplinary team in our mental health residential treatment programs. You will help residents move toward personal goals, support daily living skills, and maintain a safe, clean living environment.

Expected Swing shift: Wednesday–Saturday, 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED; CPR certification preferred; QMHA credentials preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• QMHA credentials preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Actively engage residents to support movement toward goals and transition planning.
• Assist with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
• Participate in team meetings and crisis intervention using de-escalation techniques.
• Document shift notes and required records per policy and Oregon Rules.
