Job summary

The Arc of Ocean County is seeking an Evening Assistant Residential Supervisor to lead in Barnegat and Lacey homes for adults with disabilities. You will guide Direct Support Professionals, ensure safe, person-centered services, and collaborate with the Residential Program Manager to keep operations running smoothly in the evenings.

Starting pay is $25.00 per hour with potential shift differentials and overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two+ years of residential experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to supervise Direct Support Professionals and coordinate shift activities.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with the Residential Program Manager.
• Provide leadership on shift and assume management responsibilities when needed.
• Respond to changing priorities while maintaining consistent services.
• Foster a safe, organized, welcoming home centered on residents.
