Easterseals New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Residential Counselor in Bridgewater, NJ, with Friday–Saturday shifts from 3-11 PM. You will assist residents with daily living activities, document care in electronic health records, and coordinate services to help individuals achieve IRP goals.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Must have valid driver’s license; driving is an essential function.

Responsibilities

• Support group home residents with daily living activities.
• Educate on medications, track logs, and conduct monthly audits.
• Coordinate services based on individual needs and document in EHR.
