Job summary

Easterseals NJ is seeking a Residential Counselor to support individuals in a group home setting in Manchester, NJ. This part-time weekend role provides meaningful daily living assistance and helps residents meet IRP goals, with training and supervision provided.

Responsibilities include supervising activities, documenting progress in electronic health records, coordinating services, and transporting residents when needed using the company van. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months direct care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Educate residents on medications, track logs, and conduct monthly audits.
• Coordinate services based on individual needs.
• Transport residents using the company van.
