Job summary

Ebenezer’s Pillars of Hermantown in northern Minnesota seeks a Resident Assistant/Caregiver to provide personal and health-related care under RN supervision. You’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and participate in on-the-job training for medication pass.

This is a full-time role with a structured schedule in a senior living community. The position features an evening shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) with a $1/hour shift differential, a 48-hour biweekly pay period, and eligibility

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience required.
• Ability to use technology (computers, handheld devices, cell phones, fax).
• If under 18 must be on the MN NA registry.

Responsibilities

• Bathing/showering, foot and fingernail care, shaving, dressing.
• Assists with hearing aids/glasses, hair care, feeding, toileting.
• Escort duties and 1-2 person transfers; use of mechanical lift.
• Assists with medications under RN direction; temp, BP, pulse monitoring.
