Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Resident Assistant in California to support seniors in an assisted living setting. You will assist residents with daily living activities, participate in memory support programs, and provide person-centered care delivering professional and compassionate service.

Shift is PM 3 PM–11 PM on a 4/2 rotation. Starting pay is $17.00–$21.32/hour with shift differentials for PM & NOC, and benefits for full-time staff including health plans and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors.
• Must have current First Aid & CPR certifications prior to start.
• PM shift availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and protection to residents in assisted living.
• Work one-on-one with residents to support ADLs and daily activities.
• Assist with scheduled program activities and memory-support initiatives.
• Represent the facility with professionalism and deliver excellent resident service.
