Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administer the care of residents under the supervision of licensed staff and assist professional nursing staff by performing routine tasks in the care of residents.
• Assist residents in adapting to changes that may occur due to illness and normal aging processes.
• Use one-on-one and group relationships to facilitate participation in activities and support residents' interests.
• Lead and coordinate various activities and programs for residents; assist in developing and implementing care plans.
