Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Mother of Mercy in Albany, MN is seeking a Part-Time Resident Assistant (RA) for evening shifts (2:30pm-11pm). You will support residents with daily living activities, maintain their personal environment, and document observations to ensure quality care.

The role requires completion of medication administration training, ability to read and communicate in English, strong communication skills, and a BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
