Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Bismarck is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA) to provide compassionate daily living support and companionship to residents in a full-time evening shift. You will assist with activities of daily living and maintain a caring, respectful environment.

The role emphasizes observation, documentation, and on-boarding support for new Associates, with a focus on clear communication and teamwork within the Benedictine community.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Have excellent communication skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
