Job summary

Benedictine Living Community in Albany, MN is seeking a part-time CNA-NAR to join our team for evening shifts from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. You will provide direct resident care, document changes in our POC system, and collaborate with RNs and LPNs to ensure high-quality, respectful care.

Requirements include active status on the State Nursing Assistant registry, strong communication, and BLS certification. We offer a supportive work environment and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct resident care and reports condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
