Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; interest in senior care.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Willing to work some holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, dining, mobility and continence.
• Plan and update daily care schedules; document daily needs on 24-hour reports.
• Support dining room and kitchen tasks; assist in social activity programs.
• Communicate changes in residents' status to supervisor; maintain safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Promote independence and help residents make their own choices.
