Senior Lifestyle is hiring an CNA/Care Associate for the Assisted Living program, 3PM-11PM. The role focuses on helping residents with daily living tasks, ensuring dignity and quality of life are maintained.

Responsibilities include ADLs, medication reminders, and social support. You’ll follow supervisor schedules, document care, and communicate resident needs, while upholding compassionate, team-based care standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in senior care.
• Proficiency in English to communicate with residents and staff.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily logs of assistance and report issues to supervisor.
• Respect independence and dignity of residents and follow care schedules.
