Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Cloquet, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA) to provide compassionate, dignified care to residents. You will perform daily living tasks, assist with mobility, manage dementia-related behaviors, and support medication administration in a home-like setting.

We offer flexible shifts, including nights, with up to $20/hour based on experience. DHS background check is required, and a CNA license is welcome for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must pass DHS background check.
• Applicants must be 18+; CNA license allowed for under 18 per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming.
• Feeding assistance.
• Managing dementia-related behaviors.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including use of mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments.
• End-of-life care.
• Meal preparation.
• Activities coordination.
• Daily housekeeping and laundry.
