Job summary

Everfox in Salt Lake City is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to guide customers through their journey and strengthen trust in our brand. You will collaborate with Professional Services and Engineering to resolve urgent challenges in a global follow-the-sun support model.

The role requires strong Linux skills, databases, and networking knowledge, plus the ability to analyze logs and reproduce issues. A TS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance required.
• Graduate degree in Systems Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Experience supporting customers in IT/security.
• Strong troubleshooting and log analysis abilities.
• Familiarity with Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive technical support to customers.
• Investigate issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver fixes.
• Create customer-facing documentation and guides.
• Test new releases and report issues.
• Support follow-the-sun coverage.
