Job summary

ResMed in California is seeking a Reliability and Maintenance Technician Level 2 to apply advanced skills across robotics, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and electrical systems in a high-volume manufacturing setting. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and documentation while maintaining automated equipment and process improvements.

• Technical vocational training preferred.
• BS Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related position required, preferably in a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and information hazards connected with work.
• Ensure preventative maintenance plans and schedules for automated equipment and systems.
• Be hands-on; maintain PM documentation up to date in the Quality System.
• Keep management informed of escalating abnormal or critical situations.
• Use complex blueprints/schematics to troubleshoot/analyze problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as they are developed
