Job summary
MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in New Hampton, IA is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the 12-hour evening shift in the Medical/Surgical area. You will deliver direct and indirect patient care, assess needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a program in professional nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Iowa required.
- Intro to Telemetry class or equivalent within 3 months of hire.
- Experience with computer software and willingness to learn new software.
- Ability to work flexible hours and provide BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs across physical, psychosocial, environmental, spiritual, and educational domains.
- Develop and implement the plan of care with discharge planning collaboration.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately in EMR/records.
- Communicate changes to care team and supervise delegated nursing tasks.
