Job summary

Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community, Inc. in Harrisonburg is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct, hands-on care to residents under a licensed nurse. You will assist with daily activities, promote comfort and dignity, and support a safe, compassionate care environment.

The schedule is every other weekend with 6 AM–2 PM or 2 PM–10 PM on Sat and Sun. Pay: $16.50–$21.70 per hour plus evening/night and weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct, hands-on care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living, promotes comfort and dignity, and reports changes in condition.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct, hands-on care to residents in a senior living setting under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Observes and reports changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Contributes to a safe, compassionate, and person-centered care environment.
