Job summary

RoseWood Village Hollymead in Charlottesville, VA is hiring Registered Medication Aide (RMA) for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. The position offers $19.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience, with a supportive team and comprehensive benefits.

You'll assist residents with medications per Virginia guidelines, document administration accurately, monitor changes in condition, and support daily living activities in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Medication Aide / RMA certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or LTC experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications according to Virginia guidelines.
• Accurately document medication administration.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Work closely with nursing and resident care teams.
• Provide compassionate care in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
