Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and care.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously.
• Welcome and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outbound and inbound mail.
• Maintain current patient/resident and staff lists.
• Order supplies and perform clerical duties as assigned.
