Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously.
• Warmly welcome and direct patients, visitors and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents and staff by name/room and extension.
• Order supplies and perform clerical duties.
