Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand English to support patient care and safety.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for front-desk interactions.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace for documentation and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally and redirect as needed.
• Greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Maintain patient/resident lists by name and room number.
• Coordinate mail and perform routine clerical tasks.
