Legend Senior Living is seeking a friendly Receptionist to warmly greet residents and visitors at the front desk and to assist staff with clerical tasks.

This role supports a teamwork-focused environment with benefits, annual evaluations, and opportunities for growth as part of a trusted senior living community.

You will handle phones, messages, mail, scheduling tours, and data entry while maintaining organized clerical workflows and a welcoming atmosphere.

Job Highlights

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the administrative team as a Receptionist. You will make a difference by courteously assisting individuals at the front desk or on the phone, and assisting the staff with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greeting individuals arriving at the community
• Answering the telephone and relaying messages
• Assisting with clerical tasks such as typing, faxing, copying, filing, emailing, accepting packages and preparing mailings
• Assisting the sales team by making calls, conducting tours, entering data, and maintaining inventory
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff
