Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to greet residents and visitors, answer phones, and support the front desk and administrative staff on weekends. You will perform clerical tasks, assist the sales team with calls and tours, and help maintain resident communications, schedules, and mailings.

This role emphasizes friendliness, organization, and service in a compassionate senior living environment, with potential for ongoing opportunities within a growing family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Possess a knowledge of basic office skills.
• Be friendly, organized and service-oriented.
• Prefer: Previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Greeting individuals arriving at the community.
• Answering the telephone and relaying messages.
• Assisting with clerical tasks such as typing, faxing, copying, filing, emailing, accepting packages and preparing mailings.
• Assisting the sales team by making calls, conducting tours, entering data, and maintaining inventory.
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff.
