Job summary

Allies Autism Services in West Las Vegas/Charleston Heights is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time afternoon and evening role providing in-home ABA therapy to children. The position emphasizes reliable attendance, clinical supervision, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification required.
• Active Nevada RBT registration required.
• Previous ABA therapy experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate treatment data and document client progress.
• Teach communication, social, adaptive, and functional living skills.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Maintain ethical standards and treatment integrity.

Allies Autism Services is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time afternoon and evening position in the West Las Vegas / Charleston Heights area.

We provide individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in their homes and communities. We're looking for an RBT who is confident in their clinical skills, passionate about helping children grow, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $25–$31/hour, based on qualifications and experience


• Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)


• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–7:00 PM


• Location: West Las Vegas – Charleston Heights Area


• Setting: In-Home ABA Services

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Previous ABA therapy experience preferred.


• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• Ability to pass a background check.


• Reliable transportation to client locations.


• Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.


• Dependability and commitment to consistent attendance.


• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and clinical direction.

Important: Applicants must hold both active BACB RBT certification and Nevada RBT registration at the time of application.
