Allies Autism Services in Southwest Las Vegas is seeking compassionate RBTs for in-home ABA therapy with after-noon and evening shifts. This part-time role offers 15 hours weekly, with opportunities for additional hours as caseloads expand.

You will work under BCBA supervision delivering evidence-based interventions to children and families, in a supportive clinical team. Ideal candidates hold RBT certification and NV RBT registration, plus strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification required.
• Active Nevada RBT registration required.
• Previous ABA therapy experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to assigned client locations.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
• Dependability and commitment to consistent attendance.
• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and clinical direction.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate treatment data and document client progress.
• Teach communication, social, adaptive, and functional living skills.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $25–$31/hour, based on qualifications and experience
• Position Type: Part-Time (15 hours per week per position)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Location: Southwest Las Vegas – Enterprise Area
• Setting: In-Home ABA Services
• Openings: Multiple Positions Available
