Job summary

BEST BUDS ABA THERAPY is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Vegas metro area team. You will implement ABA interventions, collect data, and provide compassionate support to individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities, helping families navigate progress.

Collaborate with our BCBAs and fellow RBTs to develop individualized treatment plans. We offer competitive pay ($22–$29/hr), flexible schedules (full-time or part-time), health benefits, 401k, mileage/travel

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA interventions and strategies with clients.

- About You: You're a certified RBT with a passion for working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities. You're all about implementing behavioral interventions, collecting data, and providing support and guidance to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

- Provide support and guidance to our clients and their families with love and care!

- Collaborate with our team of BCBAs and other RBTs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans!

- Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and interventions like a rockstar!

Requirements:

- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

- High school diploma or equivalent required;

- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations (if applicable)
