Job summary

Allies Autism Services in West Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for an afternoon/evening in-home case. The RBT will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement BCBA-designed plans, and contribute to data collection and family collaboration in a supportive, clinical setting.

This part-time role offers a consistent morning schedule on weekdays, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for career growth within a dedicated ABA team.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification.
• Active Nevada RBT registration through NVABA.
• Previous ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25–$31/hour

• Position: Starting Part-Time (20 hours/week)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–7:00 PM

• Location: West Las Vegas, NV 89146

• Setting: In-Home ABA Services

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must hold an active BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

• Must hold an active Nevada RBT registration through the Nevada Applied Behavior Analysis Board (NVABA).

• Previous experience providing ABA therapy preferred.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Reliable transportation.

• Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
