Job summary

Allies Autism Services in Las Vegas is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time afternoon/evening role in the West Las Vegas - Charleston Heights area. You will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, implement BCBA-designed plans, and collect progress data.

The position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, opportunities for additional hours as caseloads expand, and ongoing BCBA supervision. Nevada RBT registration and BACB certification are required.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $25-$31/hour, based on qualifications and experience
• Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-7:00 PM
• Location: West Las Vegas - Charleston Heights Area
• Setting: In-Home ABA Services

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
• Dependability and commitment to consistent attendance.
• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and clinical direction.

Important: Applicants must hold both active BACB RBT certification and Nevada RBT registration at the time of application.
