The instructor will ensure adherence to BACB requirements, monitor progress, and maintain attendance records while coordinating with staff to promote student success and program quality.

Qualifications

• Required: BCBA certification and completion of 8-hour supervision training.
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or behavioral services.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate the BACB 40-hour RBT training curriculum.
• Provide engaging, practical instruction using discussion, modeling, role-play, demonstrations, case examples, and other behavioral skills training strategies.
• Prepare students for the knowledge and skills required to pursue RBT certification.
• Monitor student participation, progress, and completion of required training hours.
• Provide feedback and support to adult learners throughout the program.
• Maintain accurate training and attendance documentation.
• Collaborate with Exeter Adult Education staff to support student success and program development.
• Ensure training is delivered in accordance with current BACB requirements.
