Job summary

Exeter Adult Education is seeking a Part-Time / Evening RBT Instructor to deliver the BACB 40-hour RBT training to adult learners preparing for certification. The role emphasizes engaging instruction, practical demonstrations, and ensuring adherence to BACB requirements.

The instructor will teach the BACB 40-hour curriculum, assess learner progress, and maintain documentation, collaborating with Exeter Adult Education staff to support program development.

Qualifications

• Current or active BCBA certification required.
• Experience delivering ABA services or training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage adult learners with practical instruction.

Responsibilities

• Teach the BACB 40-hour RBT training curriculum for adult learners.
• Use discussion, modeling, role-play, and demonstrations to teach concepts.
• Prepare learners for RBT certification requirements.
• Monitor participation, progress and training hours of students.
• Provide feedback and support to learners throughout the program.
• Maintain accurate training documentation and attendance records.
• Collaborate with Exeter Adult Education staff to support program development.
• Ensure training aligns with BACB requirements.
