Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Woodbridge, Virginia, is hiring a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support children on the autism spectrum during after-school hours.

You will implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA, collect data on progress, and assist families with home programs, while collaborating with a compassionate, team-oriented group. The role offers part-time or guaranteed hours in a center environment and paid training.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work all five weekdays (Mon-Fri).

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions (lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
