Job summary

Achievers ABA in Northwest Indiana, Hammond, Michigan City and surrounding areas, is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our clinic-based and in-home teams. You will provide individualized ABA therapy to children ages 2-18 and work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will maintain progress records, collaborate with families, and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and care.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) credential required or in good standing.
• Ability to provide ABA therapy to children ages 2-18 under BCBA supervision.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and CEUs.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic and in-home settings.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and families to support effective treatment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
