Job summary

Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to support children with autism ages 2-18 in clinic-based and in-home settings across Northwest Indiana, Hammond, Michigan City and the broader Indiana region.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, maintain progress records, and collaborate with families. The role offers evenings and weekends with opportunities for training and CEUs to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Must hold RBT certification or eligibility.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children.
• Strong record-keeping and communication skills.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team at Achievers ABA. As an RBT at Achievers ABA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism ages 2-18 in clinic-based and in-home settings throughout Northwest Indiana, Hammond, Michigan City, and the greater Indiana region.
