Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to support children with autism ages 2-18 in clinic-based and in-home settings across Northwest Indiana, Hammond, Michigan City and the broader Indiana region.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, maintain progress records, and collaborate with families. The role offers evenings and weekends with opportunities for training and CEUs to advance your career.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold RBT certification or eligibility.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children.
• Strong record-keeping and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism ages 2-18 in clinic-based and in-home settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and families for effective treatment and communication.
• Participate in ongoing training and CEUs to grow skills.
