Advanced Behavioral Dimensions, LLC is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to support children and teens with autism and related needs. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement behavior support plans, provide 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, and assist with data collection and instructional materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid RBT credential.
• Reliable transportation and driver's license.
• Clear criminal background checks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting.
• Implement Behavior Support Plan under supervision.
• Complete clinical data collection and daily admin work.
• Debrief caregivers after each session.
• Maintain confidential health information.
• Complete authorized therapy hours per client.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team during sessions.
• Assist in constructing instructional materials.
• Participate in in-service trainings and staff meetings.
