Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program recognized by ARRT.
• Requires 5 basic units of DCH education units per year.
• Requires DCH mandatory annual training.
• Ability to read, legibly write, follow instructions, and perform simple mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and specialized diagnostic radiographic examinations as ordered by licensed providers.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the EMR and PACS.
• Operates digital radiography equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Adheres to ALARA principles and radiation safety.
• Mentors new employees as requested.
