Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO is seeking an experienced Radiography - X Ray Technologist to join our radiology team. This full-time evening shift offers 80 hours per pay period with a competitive $36.00 per hour pay plus travel package/stipend.

13-week assignments and local traveler options are available for those residing within 75 miles. Responsibilities include reviewing patient history, initiating radiographic images, administering contrast as needed, and maintaining highest standards of quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• One year of experience.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) (R).
• State licensure if required by law.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association/Red Cross) with card in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide imaging and radiologic procedures as directed.
• Model proficiency through precepting new imaging staff.
• Ensure safety and quality at the point of care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team.
• Administer contrast media or related imaging medications as needed.
