Job summary

Horseshoe Beverage Company, based in Neenah, WI, is a leading ready-to-drink beverage manufacturer dedicated to delivering an exceptional beverage experience. The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for the daily execution of all food safety and quality processes, managing the lab team, and ensuring compliance with certifications and regulatory requirements.

Hours are 5:45pm – 6:00am on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, operations, business, management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years hands-on plant QA experience in a food manufacturing setting preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience including hiring, coaching, and day-to-day supervision.
• Knowledge of GMP, SQF, HACCP, FDA or related certification programs.
• Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own quality area communication and function-wide collaboration.
• Lead coaching, performance management, and development of staff.
• Use metrics to drive efficiency and improvements.
• Oversee area production process management and planned improvements.
• Ensure sanitation, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Support hiring and on-boarding of quality technicians.
• Maintain safety focus and hands-on plant floor leadership.
