Job summary

Horseshoe Beverage Company LLC in Neenah, WI seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead preventative maintenance, installations, repairs, and work orders on the production floor. You will coordinate with engineering and operations to maximize uptime and safety while guiding a maintenance team.

Responsibilities include managing CMMS work orders, conducting safety training, and driving continuous improvement across packaging lines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience, including hiring and coaching.
• 5+ years plant manufacturing experience in a food industry.
• Associates Degree or higher education.
• Knowledge of food packaging principles and food safety requirements.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with SOP, OSHA, GMP, SQF, HACCP or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance, installation, repair, and work orders for maintenance crews.
• Ensure cross‑functional communication with engineering and operations.
• Lead on the production floor and guide the maintenance team to maximize uptime.
• Manage CMMS work orders and assign tasks; hold team accountable.
