White Lodging is hiring a 2nd shift Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness in hotel public spaces. Start time available at 3/4pm with part-time hours.

You will support the team in delivering a welcoming and polished guest environment across lobby, restrooms, pool area, and fitness spaces. The role emphasizes initiative, good judgment, and the ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally, with standing and movement for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with self-motivation and initiative.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Completion of training and certification sign-off.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in providing the highest quality of service and cleanliness in the public areas of the hotel.
• Restock linen closets and storage rooms with linens and supplies.
• Strip guest rooms of linen and trash when necessary.
• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells.
• Maintain the lobby by cleaning the registration desk, vacuuming, and removing fingerprints from glass doors.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms, including sinks, toilets, floors, and replenish supplies as needed.
• Maintain the pool area by replenishing supplies, removing trash, cleaning tables and glass doors, checking spa water, and testing bromine levels.
• Clean and organise the exercise room by wiping equipment, mirrors, and glass doors, removing trash, and vacuuming.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
